https://WikiLeaks.si/ is down since approx. 12:00h, Monday 01.10.2012 because of Swedish Police raid at our Internet hosting provider PRQ.se, which is also offline. We believe the actual cause is to prevent us publishing a big leak with significant implications for certain EU, Balkan states and USA, which we're preparing and to scare whistle-blowers away whit which we are in contact at the moment.

Security and anonymity of WikiLeaks.si, it's whistle-blowers and members is intact and will remain so, we will never reveal any of our whistle-blowers and members!

According to TorrentFreak (http://bit.ly/PSRltW) Police raid supposedly targets Dozens of File-Sharing Sites hosted at PRQ. In our opinion this is adequate excuse to strike two disturbing flies at once. If we're not the target, we wouldn't be taken down in the first place or we should be back online as soon they notice their mistake. This way it can drag forever cosing disturbance and additional costs to us. Until now we haven't received no warning or replay to our email question, what is going on, from PRQ or Swedish authorities.

Since two days we "coincidently" witness huge increase in intrusion efforts to our computers (approx. 10.000 per 24hours). Together with PRQ raid this seems like coordinated action. WikiLeaks.si hasn't done anything illegal, doesn't host illegal files and there is no legal reason for WikiLeaks.si to be taken off-line!

We demand immediate restoration of WikiLeaks.si and damages for unlawful outage and in intrusion in our security and privacy by Swedish authorities! We're calling on any law firm willing to represent us free of charge or for percentage of damages to contact us.

This incident comes during our last preparations to go from WikiLeaks.si Beta status, which started in January 2010 to fully and officially functioning WikiActions.org and to publish a significant leak. WikiActions.org will be independent, non-profit, localized and global alternative to WikiLeaks sites focused at revealing and solving worst global problems and in wiki Style.

For some time we're witnessing deterioration of Swedish legal state, which is more and more becoming a Police state which acts for the profit interests of corporations and USA, but not for interests of 99% of Swedish citizens. Because of this we were preparing to host WikiLeaks.si site in more journalists friendly country and legal system. Now we're just forced to do it sooner.

At this time we need your full support and help to restore WikiLeaks.si! Are financial means are almost exhausted. Small donations received so far are long gone and we finance WikiLeaks.si from our own pockets. Please support us by donating at http://www.vallant.si/donate NOW! Please also voice your support of WikiLeaks.si, in respectable meaner, with email or call at Swedish Embassy in your country. Thank you! To see what we have done so far and on which issues we focus, please check links below (especially social networks).

Copies of this email will be sent to every media, human rights and journalistic organization in the world.

Sincerely,

Wikileaks.si is back online after Swedish Police raid

Wikileaks.si is back online after Swedish Police raid at our hosting provider PRQ.se and all sites hosted by them going offline

https://www.wikileaks.si is back online :). Our hosting provider PRQ.se reconnected our Wikileaks.si site back to Internet on Tuesday 02.10.2012 at about 12:00, after we started international campaign to inform the public and to pressure Swedish authorities. As reported in our morning press release they raided our hosting provider PRQ.se on Moday: http://www.vallant.si/press-room/pressreleases/urgent-wikileaks-si-taken-down-by-swedish-police/view.

It took a bit longer to bring it back online, because we had to resolve an issue with SSL certificate after OpenSLL upgrade and reboot. Security and anonymity of WikiLeaks.si, it's whistle-blowers and members are intact and will remain so, we will never reveal any of our whistle-blowers and members!

Until now we haven't received any message or explanation from PRQ.se or Swedish authorities. PRQ.se remains unavailable. At the moment seems that primary target of this incident are indeed the four copyright infringing file sharing sites hosted on PRQ.se. At the same time PRQ.se was experiencing technical error and systems were restored today. During the day the sites hosted by PRQ.se start coming back online. More on this on TorrentFreak http://bit.ly/PSRltW, which is most informed about what is going on.

We'll see what the future development will bring. As stated in our last press release Sweden has certainly become unfriendly place for file sharing and WikiLeaks sites and we'll not be waiting for the next police raid or down time. Because of this we started the process to move WikiLeaks.si to more journalists friendly country and legal system. We'll inform you as soon there is something new.

At this time we need your full support and help to move and strengthen WikiLeaks.si! Are financial means are almost exhausted. Small donations received so far are long gone and we finance WikiLeaks.si from our own pockets. Please support us by donating at https://www.wikileaks.si/en/support NOW! Thank you!
